All one-bedroom and larger residences feature gourmet kitchens with a Subzero and Wolf gas range, washer/dryer, gas fireplace, flat panel televisions, and oversized luxury baths with separate steam shower and tub. At only 200 yards from lift 7 it is close to skiing in the winter, as well as on a short walking distance to the main part of Telluride for restaurants, shopping, Town Park etc. Restaurants, liquor store and grocery shopping is only 1 block away. The hotel is also located right by the San Miguel river and river trail - a popular amenity in the summer time.
